My Journey

From Personal Struggles to Professional Impact

My journey into the world of suicide and overdose prevention began unexpectedly, but I’m grateful for the path it set me on. I know intimately what it feels like to be alone and the profound importance of human connection. This understanding drives every aspect of my work.

After years of dedicated service with various state and federal agencies, I realized my potential to reach and help more people was limited within those roles. With a burning desire to make a broader impact, I took a bold step and launched my own venture. This allowed me to extend my reach and provide the support and resources that weren’t possible in my previous positions.

Life threw another challenge my way when my husband’s brain cancer returned. Faced with the task of caring for him while still wanting to contribute to my community, I adapted my work methods. I opened a product store and took on more research contracts, determined to help others even from the confines of a hospital room. For five months, I balanced my professional commitments while living in the hospital, standing by my husband’s side.

Throughout these experiences, my dedication has never wavered. I’ve built this business to positively impact as many lives as possible, offering not just professional expertise but a deep sense of empathy and understanding. When you work with me, you’re not just getting a service—you’re connecting with someone who truly understands your struggles and is committed to helping you overcome them.
